Diagnose
The reported fault and control readings were checked systematically to isolate the cause instead of replacing parts by guesswork.

A proper diagnosis, the correct manufacturer-backed replacement part and a fully tested repair—showing the aftercare that matters when an air conditioning system develops a fault.

The customer reported that the system was not operating correctly. Climetech carried out structured fault-finding on the Fujitsu equipment, checking the reported symptoms and relevant electrical and control components until the fault was traced to the printed circuit board.
With the diagnosis confirmed, the replacement PCB was arranged through the manufacturer’s warranty process. The component was fitted, all connections were checked and the outdoor unit was carefully reassembled. The system was then run and checked to confirm normal operation before the repair was signed off.
