We rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business. We will ask for consent where consent is required.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. Where necessary, we may share it with trusted website, hosting, email, accounting and other IT providers; equipment suppliers and subcontractors involved in your job; professional advisers and insurers; or public authorities where the law requires it. We only share what is reasonably necessary.
International processing
Some trusted technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require an appropriate legal safeguard for the transfer.

Enquiries that do not become customer work are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Customer, quotation, job and payment records may be kept for longer where needed for contracts, warranties, tax, insurance, safety or legal claims. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
