Room-by-room comfort without five outdoor units.

The customer wanted effective air conditioning in two home offices, the main bedroom, nursery and living room. Climetech designed a five-zone Fujitsu installation using two outdoor condensers, giving every room its own indoor unit and temperature control.

Indoor positions were chosen to distribute air effectively while working around doors, windows, furniture and the way each room is used. Insulated refrigerant services were routed through the loft where practical, reducing visible pipework inside the finished home.

Neat installation, fully tested and commissioned.

The wall-mounted units were installed with compact internal trunking at each connection point. The complete system was pressure tested, evacuated and commissioned before the customer was shown how to use the controls for heating and cooling.

For homes with several rooms to condition, a multi-split design can reduce the number of outdoor units while retaining separate control in each room. The right arrangement depends on room loads, compatible equipment, pipe lengths and the available service routes, which is why every Climetech proposal starts with a site survey.
