For a straightforward domestic installation, Climetech’s current guide starts at approximately £1,500. The indicative ranges used in the online estimator are:
- Small 2.0–2.5 kW room system: approximately £1,500–£2,100
- 3.5 kW room system: approximately £1,700–£2,300
- 5.0 kW room system: approximately £2,100–£2,900
- 7.0 kW room system: approximately £2,600–£3,600
These are planning figures, not fixed quotations. Commercial work, higher-capacity equipment and non-standard access can cost more.
What changes the price?
- Room heat load and required capacity
- Single-split, multi-split or ducted equipment
- Pipe length, trunking route and external finish
- Gravity drainage or condensate pumps
- Electrical supply requirements
- Access equipment, scaffolding or building work
- Manufacturer, controls and warranty arrangements
Several rooms and whole properties
Multi-room work must be designed room by room. The cheapest-looking equipment combination is not always the best installed solution: pipe routes, simultaneous demand, outdoor space, pumps and future maintenance all matter.
