Where a property is leased, landlord or managing-agent approval may be needed before equipment, external trunking or outdoor units are installed. Identifying that early helps prevent delays.

Larger shops, showrooms or premises with separate customer, office and stock areas may need cassettes, ducted units, multi-splits or a larger multi-zone arrangement. Older retail equipment can be assessed for repair or replacement. If parts are unavailable or a major repair would be poor value, Climetech will explain the position plainly and provide a replacement option where appropriate.
