Planned around the site
Commercial air conditioning works harder in busy spaces and often serves several rooms or operating zones. Climetech can provide a one-off service visit or discuss planned maintenance around the equipment, site conditions and how the building is used.
The first visit establishes the system condition and any access requirements. Future attention can then be based on the actual installation rather than a generic checklist.

What commercial servicing covers
A service can include inspection and cleaning of filters and heat exchangers, condensate drainage checks, electrical and control checks, operating temperatures and general system condition. Refrigerant leak inspection is included where required by the equipment and applicable obligations.
Climetech records the findings and explains any developing issue, access limitation or recommended repair in plain language.
Reduce avoidable disruption
Blocked filters, dirty coils and drainage problems can reduce airflow, affect comfort and put unnecessary strain on equipment. Regular attention also creates an opportunity to identify wear or poor performance before it becomes a more disruptive failure.
For offices and customer-facing premises, visits can be planned with the building layout and normal working activity in mind.

Honest repair-or-replace advice
If a fault is found, Climetech will explain whether repair is practical and whether parts are likely to be available. Where an older system uses obsolete equipment or a major repair would be poor value, replacement options can be quoted separately rather than wasting money on a short-term fix.
Climetech Ltd is REFCOM certified and carries out relevant installation and service work with F-Gas Category I qualified engineers.

Frequently asked questions
How often should commercial air conditioning be serviced?
The right interval depends on operating hours, occupancy, site conditions, equipment type and manufacturer requirements. Busy or dusty premises may need attention more frequently than lightly used offices.
Can Climetech service several systems at one premises?
Yes. Provide the number and location of the indoor and outdoor units so the visit can be planned around the whole site.
Will I receive the findings after a service?
Yes. Climetech provides clear findings and explains any maintenance issue, fault or recommended next step.
Can you repair faults found during maintenance?
Suitable repairs can be assessed and quoted. If equipment is obsolete or a repair would be poor value, Climetech will explain the replacement option honestly.
